We’re always on the lookout for people with the right skills to be business mentors to our students and trainees

Are you looking for a way to give back?

If you’ve got real skills in the business world, you can help nurture the talent of tomorrow. Be a business mentor and take part in our established program, where you can share your skills with young adults and students.

Being a mentor to a young adult who is looking to start their own business, or to build their skills for future career success, is a great way to share your knowledge. Whether you’ve been in business for decades, or are still quite young yourself, we’re always looking for skilled mentors to help our students and program participants to grow and learn.

At the Zig Zag Hub, we offer real-life training to students from primary school and high school, through to the young entrepreneurs aged 18 - 30 who take part in our Start Gap Program. We’re a business incubator, and a hive of innovation.

We’re looking for mentors in the areas of:

  • Business development

  • Business systems and processes

  • Funding and finance

  • Legal

  • Branding and marketing

  • Sales and strategy

  • Technology and innovation

Even if you don’t fall into any of these categories, we’re always looking for people who can share their real-life business knowledge with our students, so let us know what you have to offer.

Ready to get involved? Register your interest by completing this form, or get in touch for a chat. All of our mentors must have current working with children and police checks.

Please note: We’re a child safe organisation, and we align our policies and procedure with the Child Safe Organisations approach created by the Australian Human Rights Commission.
