About the Event:

Using a proven, practical process of the WHY.os tool combined with the experience of an accredited coach and facilitator, each young person will:

• Walk away knowing their WHY – which will help them to get clear on what drives them – their passion, purpose and who they are.
• Understand HOW they internally operate, and WHAT others can count on from them.
• Be equipped with tangible knowledge and skills to apply their WHY more effectively – in relationships, career, business – and bring their ideas to life.
• Receive additional tools and resources to continue to build more self-awareness, self-leadership skills and emotional intelligence – support materials, website links and ideas to keep learning.

About the Speaker:

Danielle works with leaders and the people in their teams to help them understand, apply and leverage their WHY.

With over three decades of experience working globally in HQ corporate finance roles, coaching high performing leaders to maximise opportunities in their careers and build solid relationships, deeply researching the barriers to and opportunities for female equality and being a Lead Parent and family CEO to 3 boys, she has discovered the key to making life work well.

Danielle believes when people are able to acknowledge, connect and leverage their unique brilliance, they can build the confidence in who they really are and bring the best of who they are to everything they do. Then, they can be the leader, partner, parent and person they want to be, by using what they already have internally rather than seeking the answer externally.
